Key Responsibilities:
* Profit and Loss Management: Take ownership of financial performance, budgeting, and cost control for your golf club.
* Sales Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, membership, and other revenue streams.
* Member and Club Relations: Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensuring exceptional member satisfaction and strong relationships with local communities.
* Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and enhancement of food and beverage services, maintaining high-quality standards.
* Golf Course Maintenance: Collaborate with course management teams to ensure impeccable course conditions and adherence to maintenance schedules.
* People and Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
About You:
* Proven management experience in the golf or hospitality industry.
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing profit and loss.
