Job Description
Our client, a technology-enabled organisation that operates at the intersection of LegalTech and PropTech with focused on improving and digitising the property valuation process, looking to hire a Director of Operations to lead operational delivery, drive process efficiency and support the continued growth of a fast-paced property transaction business. The role will focus on improving workflow performance, customer experience and operational scalability across conveyancing and partner operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead operational delivery across conveyancing and transaction workflows
* Drive process improvement, efficiency and service performance
* Manage operational KPIs, SLAs and transaction timelines
* Lead and develop operations and customer service teams
* Collaborate with commercial, product and technology teams on automation and workflow improvements
* Manage relationships with lenders, brokers, conveyancers and external partners
* Ensure operational compliance and service quality standards are maintained
Candidate Profile
* 5+ years of experience across operational experience within LegalTech, PropTech, conveyancing, mortgage or financial services environments
* Strong understanding of property transaction workflows, conveyancing, valuation operations and wider operational processes across the property ecosystem
* Experience improving operational performance within high-volume service businesses
* Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities
* Commercially minded with experience working alongside technology and product teams
* Comfortable operating within fast-growth or transformation-led environments
