As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could get on target earnings of between £16.50 - £17.50 per hour.
* Hourly rate of £13.50 - £14.50 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence. You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
Qualifications
Experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes; strong organisation; ability to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence; good communication with all team members to support FOH & BOH relationships. Ideally a mixed branded and independent background.
