We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can prospect, pitch, and close new business whilst effectively nurturing existing partnerships with labels, artist teams, and brands. This is a high-impact role for someone hungry to grow, with the work ethic and commercial instincts to thrive in a fast-paced, creative team.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and source new leads across current and new industries
* Support outbound outreach: emails, DMs, intros, and follow-ups
* Lead discovery calls, tailor pitches, and close new client deals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
* Refine our sales process and pitch materials to improve conversion
* Manage your pipeline, reporting, and forecasting with precision
* Collaborate with the Campaigns team for smooth client handovers
About you
* At least 4-5 years experience in sales, partnerships, or client-facing roles (creative industries preferred)
* Proven track record of sourcing leads, building pipelines, and closing deals
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior level
* An awareness of TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketing culture
* Organised, proactive, and resilient with excellent follow-up discipline
* Ambitious, high work ethic, and motivated by growth and performance
* London-based or able to commute
