The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and students to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Your day might include:
* Supporting the teacher with classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Working one to one or in small groups with pupils who need extra support
* Helping to keep pupils engaged and focused during lessons
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
* Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
