Job Description:
A boutique hedge fund, with a sizeable, rapidly expanding AUM and recent market-leading performance, is looking to hire a new Head of Operations.
The firm is experiencing a strong growth period and, following an internal restructure, plans to hire a backfill Head of Operations (including a handover period before the internal move).
The hire will manage a small team, work hands-on with BAU activities, and lead key projects such as buildouts of new tools, system implementations, and onboarding new service providers. The role involves managing internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a senior buy-side operations analyst or existing operations manager seeking their first step-up into a Head of Operations role. Hands-on BAU work is more critical than managerial experience, though supervisory experience is advantageous. Strong academic records and industry qualifications are preferred.
The role offers a first-year package of £140-170k TC with strong growth prospects. WFH flexibility of 2 days per week is available once settled in the role.
