Digital Marketing Executive (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) Start: ASAP Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading luxury hospitality and leisure company on a 12-month fixed term contract This role is primarily remote, with expected travel to the Reading office approximately once per week and being a driver is essential A key focus of this role is email marketing management, so experience using an email platform (Brevo preferred) is essential. Day to day, you will be responsible for creating and delivering email campaigns across the group, developing engaging content for members, visitors, and prospects. You will also evaluate email performance, define key success metrics, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion. You will manage the email marketing calendar, working closely with the brand team to align messaging, and support the development of improved automation journeys to deliver more personalised and targeted communications across the customer lifecycle. In addition, you will support the Marketing Manager in analysing performance across paid media, website, CRM, and email channels, producing reports and insights that inform optimisation strategies.
