What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Educator (minimum) — higher qualifications in Early Years or Management are highly desirable. Experience: Proven track record as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager within a high-quality early years setting. Knowledge: Excellent understanding of child development, EYFS, Ofsted regulations, and safeguarding procedures. Skills: Strong leadership, organisation, financial management, and communication skills. Drive excellence across all areas — from learning outcomes to safeguarding and compliance. Oversee the planning and delivery of a broad, engaging EYFS curriculum. Manage budgets, occupancy, and parent partnerships with professionalism and care. Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment both indoors and outdoors.
