The Role
We are seeking General Labourers and Skilled Trades (including Painters & Decorators) to join our shopfitting and interior fit-out projects across the South East.
You will be working alongside our site teams to deliver projects to a high standard, ensuring safe and efficient progress on-site.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting trades and site teams with day-to-day tasks
* Preparing, handling, and moving materials safely
* Site setup, housekeeping, and maintaining safe working conditions
* Supporting fit-out activities including installations, finishes, and decorating work
* Skilled trades (e.g., painters, decorators, carpenters, joiners) to deliver high-quality workmanship on fit-out projects
* Complying with health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
* Previous shopfitting/fit-out experience)
* Skilled workers should have proven trade experience (painters, decorators, carpenters, or similar)
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to teamwork
* Ability to work efficiently on fast-paced interior projects
