POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: As a key member of the Business Operations team, you will be: Part of a team of dedicated specialists responsible for supporting Product Management with their product strategy Responsible for managing new and existing Software and Hardware global orderability for NCR Atleos products. Providing a timely response to the Sales community for product activation requests which support the Sales motion. Be a Subject Matter Expert for the Global Solutions Database for NCR Atleos Managing the release of new Colour Customisation requests for NCR Atleos Hardware products Scheduling, and driving the Product Management HW Roadmap review. Providing/ developing monthly Orderability metric analysis to relevant functions Responsible for pricing updates to SW and advocated Third Party HW products in Global Solutions Database Providing information and guidance from a Hardware and Software perspective to the Sales community with the latest information on current products, discontinuations, and upcoming innovations Responsible for Controlled Orderability assignment in the Global Solutions Database BASIC SKILLS Self-motivated with the ability to influence others, particularly across organisations. Strong Data Reporting and Analysis skills Good oral and written communication skills are essential as the role involves working directly with employees for whom English may not be their first language. Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple different tasks, projects, and responsibilities. Ability to work well in a team, as well as individually. Quality orientation with an attention to detail Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools Good knowledge of the Banking solutions and products is would be an advantage.
