Assistant Headteacher – Complex Needs Are you an experienced senior leader with a passion for supporting pupils with complex needs? Do you have the knowledge, leadership skills and vision required to lead a specialist provision within a SEND school? This special school is looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to take strategic and operational responsibility for a complex needs provision, ensuring that pupils receive the highest standard of education, care and support. As Assistant Headteacher, you will play a key leadership role within the school, working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team to drive outstanding outcomes for pupils with complex needs. You will lead a team of teachers, support staff and therapists to ensure that learning is personalised and that every child is supported to reach their full potential.
