Role Overview As the Personal Assistant to the Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the school. You’ll act as a key link between the Headteacher and a range of stakeholders – including staff, students, parents, and external organisations. Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive and confidential administrative support to the Headteacher
* Manage the Headteacher’s schedule, communications, and documentation
* Act as liaison between senior leaders, staff, parents, governors, and outside agencies
* Organise and coordinate meetings, briefings, and school-wide communications
* Maintain accurate records and support key operational functions of the school
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or PA role, ideally in education
* Excellent communication, IT, and time-management skills
* A calm, professional approach and strong organisational ability
* Discretion, reliability, and a genuine interest in supporting school leadership
