You will work under the direction of the class teacher and other appropriate staff to assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the learning process. You will work in classes or other suitable locations with access to support and guidance, supervising groups or individual pupils. Experience working with children is essential.

Who is the ideal candidate?
- Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or be able to complete our internal qualification
- Have relevant experience working with young people

- Remain calm, resilient, and communicate effectively with young people
- Be confident in behaviour management skills
