Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Skills Lead to oversee the development and delivery of training programmes within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging learning experiences, mentoring staff, and ensuring that training initiatives align with organisational goals. Duties
* Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programmes.
* Deliver engaging training sessions through various formats.
* Collaborate with Human Resources and management teams to identify skills gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.
* Mentor and support staff through coaching sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Conduct training needs analysis across departments to identify capability gaps.
* Coach team leaders to optimise their management techniques.
* Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and implement improvements based on feedback.
* Manage relationships with external vendors or trainers when necessary to enhance programme offerings.
* Prepare presentation materials demonstrating training outcomes, leveraging strong presentation skills.
Requirements
* Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate training programmes, preferably within a human resources or organisational development context.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
* Demonstrated mentoring ability with a passion for developing others' skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in teaching or instructional design is highly desirable.
* Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse learning styles and organisational needs.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
