Job Title: Precision Machine Training Manager - SC
Location: Aldermaston, Reading (100% on site)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Daily Rate: £59.03/hr(Umbrella – Maximum)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Security Clearance: SC
Minimum requirement:
* 2/3 years competent machining experience (dependant on individuals skill level)
* Proficiency with both Shop Mill & Shop turn and Manual Milling and Turning activities.
* Willingness to challenge poor behaviours and role company behaviours.
* Support safe working practices.
* Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS assessment.
* Show leadership accountabilities at First Level.
The Training Manager will coordinate and lead the analysis of training needs in a complex business area and/or for large programmes/projects and develop, deliver and evaluate technical training interventions, to ensure the provision of competent staff to meet current and future programme needs.
Key responsibilities within the role will be:
1. Providing adequate supervision of the activities within their scope of responsibilities.
2. Responsible for the deliverables of the training programme within the business area.
3. Create training and development plans that address programme needs and expectations.
