What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
As a Care Professional, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes:
* Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support.
* Medication Support: Helping clients manage their prescriptions safely.
* Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking and nutrition.
* Practical Tasks: Shopping and light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).
* Companionship: Providing vital emotional support and a friendly face.
* Care Planning: Following personalised plans designed to promote dignity and independence.
