In this role, you will take responsibility for leading and overseeing our Parts Department. Your key focus will be to maximise departmental performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will effectively control stock, equipment, resources and processes to minimise financial risk and support the smooth operation of the department. A major part of the role is to lead, motivate and develop your team, creating a positive and high‑performing working environment. You will encourage continuous improvement, support colleague retention and ensure that the department consistently delivers against its operational and customer‑focused objectives. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a successful track record in a managerial or supervisory role within a Parts Department. Strong leadership, people management and communication skills are essential, as you will be a key driver of departmental standards and performance. You will be expected to play a central role in moving the business forward, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that our team delivers an exceptional Land Rover experience.
