Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG or field marketing?
This is a hands-on, entry-level Field Sales role working with two major household brands – Haribo and Molson Coors – through Powerforce, a multi-award-winning field marketing agency.
You don’t need previous sales experience.
Full training, coaching and support are provided — we’re looking for attitude, potential and drive.
Important Driving Requirement
This role includes a company manual van.
You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll visit independent and convenience stores across your local territory, learning how sales and brand marketing work in the real world.
1. Relationship Building – Be the main point of contact for store owners and staff
2. Sales & Visibility – Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence
3. Retail Execution – Support availability, stock levels and in-store engagement
4. Team Collaboration – Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team
This is a practical, people-focused role where you learn by doing.
