Whether you’re a junior candidate with 1–2 years’ experience looking for structured training, or a seasoned sales professional (5 years) ready to hit the ground running, we have a tailored pathway for you. * 1–2 years’ experience: £28,000 bonus, with the option of a fully funded 15-month sales apprenticeship programme (if under 25, this is almost completely government-funded). * 5 years’ experience: £35,000 bonus, with autonomy and the chance to lead customer relationships from day one. What You’ll Do * Identify and secure new business opportunities through telesales, networking, and prospecting. * Grow and nurture customer accounts, building long-term, solution-focused relationships. * Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals, converting leads into revenue. * Support the Business Development Managers in winning key projects. * Track performance through HubSpot CRM — managing your own pipeline and recording activity. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent customer delivery.
