Outpatient Clinic Coordinator
Opportunity to join the Outpatient Department at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital and, within time, this position will be based at the BAIRD Family Hospital.
Working Hours
* Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:30 and Friday 08:30 – 13:08 (hours may be negotiable upon successful appointment)
* 32.64 hours per working week
Responsibilities
The post holder will work independently and as part of a team, be self‑motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands. They will maintain regular contact with staff across the service and supervise admin staff within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
* Ability to deal with patients and colleagues in a confident, caring, and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.
* Well‑organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of the service.
* Experience working in a similar clinical or administrative environment.
