This is a confidential search for a National Account Manager – Premium Retail to support this next stage of expansion.
Role
We are looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager (Premium Retail) to take ownership of a portfolio of key wholesale and retail partners within the UK.
The role will co-manage one of the brand’s most important national retail relationships while also overseeing a wider portfolio of premium accounts across retail, hospitality, and amenity channels.
You will play a central role in delivering commercial performance, strengthening in-store execution, and improving forecasting discipline across the B2B function.
This is a high-impact role within a fast-evolving commercial team, offering clear progression as the function scales.
Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
* Manage a portfolio of premium retail and wholesale accounts
* Co-lead a key strategic national retail partnership alongside senior stakeholders
* Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers and commercial contacts
* Identify opportunities for growth, ranging from distribution expansion to improved ranging and visibility
Commercial Performance
* Own forecasting inputs, sales tracking, and performance reporting across your accounts
* Ensure accurate sell-in / sell-out visibility and maintain strong trading discipline
* Support preparation of commercial proposals, joint business plans, and trade negotiations
* Monitor margin performance and ensure trading decisions remain commercially sound
Retail Execution
* Coordinate seasonal launches, ranging updates, and product rollouts
* Work closely with internal marketing and brand teams to ensure strong in-store execution
* Support the delivery of new product launches across retail partners
* Ensure premium brand presentation standards are consistently maintained in-store
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless account delivery
* Maintain accurate account administration, including pricing, promotions, and trade calendars
* Support operational planning through clear internal communication and reporting

The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute account manager with experience in premium retail, beauty, wellness or FMCG environments.
You will bring:
* 3–5 years’ experience in National Account Management or Account Executive roles
* Strong understanding of retail trading cycles and wholesale dynamics
* Experience working with forecasting, sales reporting, and commercial planning
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple accounts
* Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset suited to a fast-paced brand environment
* Comfort using basic digital or AI tools to support efficiency and reporting
* An interest in premium beauty, lifestyle, or wellness brands
