Behaviour Support TA – Bradford (BD5)
Daily Rate: £95–£105/day | Contract: Temp-to-perm | Start: October 2025
Do you have experience managing challenging behaviour? We are working with SEMH provisions across Bradford who are seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to help pupils aged 11–16 stay engaged and thrive.
Key duties:
* Support behaviour management in line with school policy
* Build positive relationships with pupils at risk of exclusion
* Assist teachers with classroom organisation and learning activities
* Support pastoral and wellbeing initiatives
We’re looking for candidates with:
* Calm, resilient, and confident approach to challenging behaviour
* Experience in schools, youth work, or mentoring
* Ability to de-escalate situations quickly
