Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support the smooth delivery of refurbishment works across our property portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping processes running efficiently and accurately.
Duties will include:
* Provide administrative support for refurbishment referrals and works
* Coordinate with branches, contractors, landlords and internal teams
* Monitor refurbishment cases to ensure works are completed within agreed timeframes
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
* Ensure contractor reports, invoices and documentation are processed accurately and on time
* Manage contractor queries and escalate issues where appropriate
* Track refurbishments through to completion, ensuring systems remain up to date
* Support contractor onboarding and ongoing compliance documentation
* Assist with audit checks and quality control processes

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Quick to learn and confident following procedures
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Proactive, calm, and positive under pressure
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable taking ownership and using initiative
