 
        Description Senior Product Manager – Point of Care Supplies Reports To Director, Product Management, International The Senior Product Manager – Point of Care Supplies is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of point-of-care solutions, including hardware, digital tools, and supply products used in hospitals. This role owns the entire product lifecycle, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution as products evolve and mature. The Senior Product Manager acts as the voice of the market, representing customer and industry insights to guide strategic and operational decisions. The role also requires strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver holistic solutions across products, services, and support. Coordination with the US Point of Care team is key and may include occasional out-of-hours meetings. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, understanding the operational and financial impact of decisions, and has proven ability to influence and align multiple departments to achieve shared business goals. Responsibilities : Own the Point of Care Supplies portfolio, including digital and hardware solutions for hospitals. Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, growth, and end-of-life, with clear ownership of deliverables and performance. Act as the voice of the customer and market, understanding user needs, identifying market gaps, and shaping the unique value proposition (USP). Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and assess new technologies and partnership opportunities to expand the portfolio. Lead forecasting and revenue planning for assigned product lines. Assess market priorities, including new market entry and expansion strategies. Enable co-creation with key customers and opinion leaders to refine solutions and ensure market relevance. Collaborate with Engineering to build and maintain the product roadmap, and align with cross-functional teams and distributors. Partner with Product Marketing to develop customized marketing strategies, sales tools, and value propositions. Ensure sales readiness by creating presentations, battle cards, and training materials; support distributor enablement. Lead new product launches in coordination with marketing, ensuring timely content delivery for customer-facing materials. Research and interpret market trends to guide product enhancement and innovation. Collaborate closely with Business Operations to ensure accurate reporting of sales funnels and business performance. Define key elements of product strategy including positioning, buying process, buyer and user personas, use cases, and launch plans. Proactively work with country field marketing managers to commercialize solutions and deliver them effectively to the hospital market. Provide end-to-end ownership of release programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver holistic solutions encompassing products, services, and support. Required Knowledge and Skills Deep understanding of customer workflows and ability to deliver solutions that impact revenue and business outcomes. Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable product and business strategies. Strong understanding of company operations and financial metrics to guide sound business decisions. Strong partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders to address market and business needs. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, including communication with external clients up to C-level. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management or product adoption roles. Master’s degree preferred in Business, IT, Healthcare, or a related field. Solid understanding of hospital pharmacy workflows and challenges. Demonstrated digital and data skills. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or supply chain preferred. Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies is a plus. Work environment: Office-based or remote. Travel: 25–30%, primarily within the UK and Europe; occasional travel to Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and North America may be required.
