* Extensive experience in IT project management, delivering large-scale, complex programmes
* Deep practical knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and experience closing compliance gaps
* Proven track record in enterprise-wide IT initiatives (e.g., identity management, network segmentation, EDR deployments)
* Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC2 standards
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile credentials highly desirable
* Strong understanding of IT service lifecycle and collaboration with architecture and operations teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project)
Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
* Apply consistent project methodologies and governance standards across all initiatives
* Manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies
* Oversee resource allocation and vendor management for critical projects
* Ensure alignment with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Cyber Essentials requirements
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and clear communication throughout project lifecycles
* Mentor and develop project managers and coordinators within the team
* Provide accurate reporting and performance analysis to senior leadership
