* Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE, ideally at Partner level
* Deep expertise in rural and agricultural property law
* Proven leadership and mentoring experience
* Strong business development skills and a network in the sector
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
