Job Description:
You will be responsible for planning orders into the production schedule and managing logistics for pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and complete fulfillment of customer orders. Effective communication and planning are essential to meet delivery deadlines.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Plan all bulk, retail, oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
2. Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
3. Maintain accurate stock records using Sage 200.
4. Communicate with the Senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
5. Coordinate with the Sales Department to align production with sales forecasts.
6. Manage relationships with logistics companies to ensure delivery requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
7. Investigate and resolve delivery complaints from customers.
8. Ensure all customs documentation is accurate for export deliveries.
9. Perform any other tasks reasonably required by the business.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Ability to analyze data effectively.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as On Time In Full (OTIF), Warehouse GMP Audit, and production timeliness.
