Duties
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered to effectively assist customers.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
* Participate in promotional events and activities to enhance customer engagement.
* Keep the sales area organised, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
* Basic numeracy skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
* Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. An understanding of Consumer Electronics and Electrical Skills is a bonus.
* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.

Salary is dependant on experience.
