The Academic Registry (AR) is the central department responsible for managing the administrative aspects of students’ time at USW and overseeing the Quality and Standards of the student experience. The AR provides high-quality professional administrative and logistical services that underpin the University’s curriculum and student journey.

When you work with us, faculty and professional services will frequently turn to you with inquiries via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams. In this role, you will seek to refine and enhance our processes while maintaining our student and curriculum records. As part of our team, you will become an essential part of a diverse academic ecosystem, gaining valuable insight into Higher Education.
Location
The university currently operates a hybrid work model. The successful candidate is expected to work on campus part of the week, primarily at the Pontypridd campus, with travel to all three USW campuses as required. This is a temporary fixed-term position (12 months) to cover maternity leave.
If you are a successful candidate and this will be your first professional services role at USW (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
