What you'll do:
* Manage a varied caseload with a primary focus on contentious probate matters while also handling general civil litigation files from inception through to resolution.
* Provide expert advice and representation in contentious court of protection cases, ensuring clients receive clear guidance through complex legal processes.
* Support clients facing challenging disputes by offering empathetic communication and practical solutions tailored to their individual needs.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across the dispute resolution team to share knowledge and develop best practices for case management.
* Contribute to business development activities by building strong relationships with clients and participating in networking events or marketing initiatives.
What you bring:
* Qualified solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) with experience in dispute resolution or civil litigation environments.
* Proven ability to manage a caseload involving contentious probate matters or similar complex disputes independently or under supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism at all times.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities allowing you to explain intricate legal concepts clearly both internally and externally.
* Meticulous attention to detail when preparing documentation or reviewing evidence related to ongoing cases.
