We’re recruiting on behalf of an Educational Training Provider, who are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Accountancy Trainer to deliver high-quality training in AAT Levels 2, 3 & 4. You don’t need previous teaching experience – what matters most is your accountancy expertise, enthusiasm, and the drive to make a difference.
The Role - Accountancy Trainer
As an Accountancy Trainer, you’ll play a key role in helping learners achieve their qualifications and career goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering engaging classroom and online training for AAT Levels 2–4.
2. Supporting and assessing learners to ensure successful completion of their qualifications.
3. Motivating and guiding learners to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
4. Planning and managing your own diary to deliver effective and timely sessions.
5. Keeping your professional knowledge up to date through CPD.
6. Promoting a safe, inclusive learning environment, embedding safeguarding and equality practices.
What We’re Looking For - Accountancy Trainer
Essential:
7. AAT Level 4 qualification (minimum).
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with learners of all levels.
9. Empathy, motivation, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
10. Organisational and time management skills.
11. Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office).
Desirable:
12. Previous training or teaching experience.
13. Experience in the education or apprenticeship sector.
14. Training/teaching or assessing qualification (support available if not held).
15. Experience with OneFile (training provided).
16. Full UK driving licence and own transport.
