As anAerospace and Defence Consultantyou will:
8. Work as part of focused project teams across a rangeofA&Dclients &problems
9. Lead an independent workstream as part of a broader project
10. Gather,synthesiseand analyse data from a variety of sources to draw insights and develop recommendations
11. Structure and communicate outcomes to client management teams
12. Work alongside client teams to help them implement the recommendations to deliver value
13. Help develop and refine offerings and generate collateral to support sales and origination activities.
14. Facilitate client innovation and requirements workshops and use a human-centredapproach to solve problems, frameopportunitiesand achieve innovation through collaboration and co-creation.
This is the ideal opportunityfor you if you candemonstrate:
15. 3+ yearsclient facing managementconsulting experience inAerospace and Defenceclients
16. Alternatively,5+yearsindustryexperiencedrivingtransformationalbusinesschange inAerospace and Defence
17. Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential
18. Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areasis key–Supply Chain, OperationalImprovement, Manufacturing,Quality Management,Sourcing andProcurement, Digital Engineering, ComplexProgrammeDelivery, Services.
19. Exceptional creative problem solving and analytical skills
20. Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Fluency in English
21. A passion for technology and innovation.
