The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to build strong consultancy planning experience in a thriving South East market.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications
* Drafting Planning Statements and supporting documentation
* Assisting with pre‑application submissions and planning strategy research
* Supporting Local Plan representations and strategic site promotion
* Assisting with appeal submissions and evidence collation
* Liaising with local planning authorities and statutory consultees
* Attending client meetings, site visits and project calls
About You
* MRTPI qualified or actively working toward chartership
* Experience in consultancy, local authority or developer‑side planning
* Strong written communication and attention to detail
* Commercial awareness and client‑focused approach
* Motivation to progress within a planning consultancy environment
