Salary: £34,398 - £46,839 (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Drama Teacher with a passion for teaching and inspiring young people.
* Experience in teaching KS3 and KS4 Drama (KS5 experience is a bonus).
* Ability to engage and inspire students through creative and dynamic lessons.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning needs.
* A team player with excellent communication skills, willing to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
* A commitment to fostering students' confidence, creativity, and personal development through drama.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Drama lessons to students at KS3 and KS4, and potentially KS5.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and encourage their creative expression.
* Support students in their personal and social development through the arts.
* Help students develop a strong understanding of both practical and theoretical aspects of drama.
* Foster a positive learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves.
* Take part in school-wide activities, productions, and drama events to enhance the student experience.
