What the Programme Involves
Year 1 – Build Experience as a Cover Supervisor
Your first year focuses on developing real confidence in the classroom.

* Gain day-to-day insight into school life and the teaching profession
Year 2 – Train to Teach (PGCE + QTS)

* Complete a fully funded PGCE
* Work towards achieving Qualified Teacher Status
