The main purpose of the Welfare Officer role is to coordinate the provision of welfare support across the Force, including external counselling, specialist trauma support, psychological support for specialist roles, and psychoeducation.
* The Welfare Officer role is a hybrid (mix of home & office working) role
* Candidates must have been resident in the UK for the last 3 years to meet the vetting level required for the post
