We are looking for a Regional Corporate Manager to join our Corporate Business Department. The Regional Corporate Manager is responsible for securing and delivering new corporate agreements in the assigned provincial region, directly generating corporate memberships and revenue through targeted acquisition, brand partnerships, and account growth.
Responsibilities
* Be proactive in sourcing and approach businesses in your provincial region to secure corporate wellbeing agreements, focusing on high-value opportunities.
* Identify and create brand partnership opportunities that enhance Virgin Active\'s corporate proposition, driving additional value for both the business and our partners.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed agreements including outreach, needs analysis, proposal development, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
* Maintain regular contact with existing provincial corporate partners to identify upselling, renewal, brand collaboration, and expansion opportunities.
* Collaborate with partners to deliver joint marketing initiatives, wellness campaigns, and member engagement activities that strengthen the relationship and drive measurable results.
* Maintain a deep understanding of competitor offerings, market trends, and partnership opportunities within your provincial region, using this insight to inform sales tactics and account growth strategies.
* Background in B2B sales, with a proven ability to deliver against targets in a results-driven environment.
* Experience in securing and managing brand or commercial partnerships.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, create, and close revenue opportunities.
* Ideally, previous experience within the UK fitness, wellness, or health sector.

* Ideally, previous experience within the UK fitness, wellness, or health sector.
