Job Description
* Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead follow-up, and pipeline coordination.
* Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
* Assist in developing presentations and proposals tailored to specific customers
* Contribute to CRM maintenance, reporting, and analysis
* Support the organisation and execution of trade shows, events, and conferences
* Coordinate with the Business Development Director to produce brochures, email campaigns, website updates, and social media posts.
* Provide responsive customer service, answering enquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in a B2B marketing or sales support role
* Strong analytical and reporting skills; confident working with Excel/Sheets and interpreting data.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail.
* Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* A positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Insightly)
* Proficiency in Adobe or similar design tools (preferred)
* Basic understanding of website design & build (desirable)
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
