What you will do
* Caseload Management: Independently manage a varied caseload within Adult Social Care.
* Assessment & Intervention: Conduct assessments and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions.

* Multidisciplinary Working: Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic care and support.

Qualifications / Requirements
* HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
* Experience working within Adult Social Care settings.
* Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
