Senior Project Coordinator, Llansamlet, up to £40,000pa Project Coordinator, Llansamlet, up to £32,000pa Our client is a Global Cyber Security Training organisation that has secured several large contracts to deliver various Projects/Programmes across UK, Europe and further afield. As a result they are looking to recruit a Senior Project Coordinator and a Project Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to ensure the delivery of these Projects on time. Job Role: To provide support with the development and maintenance of various project plans and project documentation including resources, information systems, stakeholder management and financial tracking against project KPIs. Main duties and responsibilities: Programme/Product Development Support To provide support in scoping various projects and agree action plan with line manager. To provide programme design support. To work with your line manager to ensure programme schedules are suitable for the region based on local intricacies. To provide support and input into product development discussions and possible market opportunities. Project Coordinating To provide full life cycle project support to all programmes. To help develop, implement and proactively manage various project plans in a constantly changing environment. To coordinate the successful setup and running of relevant programmes and pilots, including licensing, courses, collateral, webcasts, partners, communications, and internal/external stakeholders. To organise all project-related paperwork. To build and/or maintain an appropriate information system, with versioning control, for relevant programmes. To support in the implementation of new projects. To track all programme spending associated with your activity. To ensure tasks being undertaken are in line with programme goals. To ensure that any risks identified are reported correctly. To ensure any lessons learned are logged and reported correctly. Experience and Qualifications required: Minimum of 2/3 years experience working on Projects. Educated to degree level or equivalent with ideally a Project Management qualification eg PRINCE 2 or Agile. Experience in Relationship Management and strong communication skills.
