Pay: £12.26 per hour
Hours: Full-Time – Days
Full UK driver’s licence required

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker with driving responsibilities, you’ll provide personalised 1:1 support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Your role will include:
1. Encouraging engagement through meaningful activities and routines
2. Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and managing health appointments
3. Supporting individuals to access the community, hobbies, and social events
4. Maintaining up-to-date care plans, safeguarding reports, and risk assessments
5. Driving service users safely to appointments, activities, and outings
You’ll be a key part of helping people live fulfilling, independent lives while providing compassionate support every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
6. 6+ months’ experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
7. A calm, confident, and empathetic approach
8. Good understanding of person-centred care and positive communication
9. Excellent teamwork and communication skills
10. Full UK driver’s licence
