About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Macclesfield. This is a short-term role covering the spring term, ideal for a teacher who is passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil development.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to meet individual learning needs.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to school reports and parent communication.
* Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times.

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching Key Stage 1 pupils.
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
