Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our friendly team at our boutique salon in Knutsford. The ideal candidate must be experienced in nail treatments and lash services and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring clients receive high-quality treatments in a relaxing and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, BIAB, and nail art
* Perform lash treatments, including classic, hybrid, and Russian volume lash extensions, as well as lash lifts and tints
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued
* Advise clients on aftercare and suitable beauty treatments
* Maintain high salon hygiene standards and follow health and safety guidelines
* Work as part of a small team, contributing to a positive and friendly atmosphere
* Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure treatments run on time
Requirements:
* Qualified Beauty Therapist (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
* Experience in nails and lash treatments (additional beauty skills are a bonus)
* A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
* Strong attention to detail and passion for beauty
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible to work weekends and evenings as required
