£15.36 per hour – Full‑time position based in Harrow, London. Creative Support is a not‑for‑profit organisation that provides high‑quality, person‑centred support to people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. Our service welcomes 60 residents and promotes independence and community engagement.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver person‑centred care and support to service users.
* Collaborate with the Extra Care Registered Manager to ensure an empowering service that meets client needs.
* Work with families and friends of service users to promote a positive atmosphere.
* Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks.
* Assist individuals in accessing work, education and social opportunities.
* Facilitate engagement in sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music and cooking.
* Work flexibly on a roster basis, including evenings and some weekends.
* Demonstrate flexibility, energy and reliability at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous practitioner experience working with vulnerable adults is essential.
* Willingness to embrace all aspects of the role, including personal care and domestic support.
* Strong commitment and values to positively impact the lives of people with care needs.
* Gumption and a can‑do attitude.
