* Paperwork Perfection: Process purchase orders, invoices, and financial docs with laser-sharp accuracy.
* Team Syncing: Work hand-in-hand with project managers, architects, and other pros to keep things running smoothly.
* Site Scouting: Visit project sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and tackle any hiccups.
* Reporting Rockstar: Maintain crystal-clear financial records and share insights with senior management.
Ideal Candidate
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Experience in quantity surveying—bonus points if it’s in hotels or residential builds.
