We are looking for an Area Sales Manager ideally based in Greater London, working as a part of a local team and contributing to Team Framery across the Western Europe. In this role, we seek a proactive self-starter with solid communication and collaboration skills to expand our market presence across the territory. While London will be a core market, this role’s full territory will cover the entire UK requiring occasional travelling around the country.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage and execute sales strategies that contribute to our shared territory goals while representing Framery within the local industry. Success in this role comes from building and nurturing relationships with our Dealer Partners, the A&D community, End Users, Commercial Real Estate teams, and Government Entities. You will also collaborate with colleagues globally to support and refine our dealer network, helping partners grow and strengthen their Framery business.

You will be joining our Western European Sales team, working alongside our three-person local team based in London. While you’ll have a strong local presence, you are part of a global sales force of approximately 60 professionals. Our brand-new Framery showroom in Clerkenwell serves as our local hub, providing an inspiring space for your daily work and client meetings. Beyond sales, you will be supported by a broader team of Framerians in logistics, technical, and support roles, all collaborating seamlessly to ensure our customers' success.

We are looking for:

* Prior sales experience in the local office furniture market, with an understanding of Dealer, A&D, and End User sales channels
* An established industry network and existing professional relationships within the territory
* Entrepreneurial and self‑motivated mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently
* Team‑oriented mindset, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive customer success
* Ability to travel actively within the territory and occasionally (1‑4x/year) to Finland or other locations for training and conferences
* Base in Greater London.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role includes a base salary in addition to an uncapped bonus programme. This bonus is tied to achieving our territory sales goals, with payouts assessed twice per year to reward your contribution to the team’s success.

Recruitment Process:

* 1st Interview round remotely as soon as possible
* 2nd Interview round live in London (or other agreed location)
* 3rd interview remotely or live with the Head of Sales
* Reference checks
