* Operate across UK and US markets, adapting strategy to local performance nuances.
* Run incrementality and lift tests to measure true channel contribution.
* Forecast and model Paid Social performance, linking results to business KPIs.
* Lead full‑cycle creative production – coordinate UGC content and influencer‑style ads, brief new assets with our internal creators, and provide data‑driven decisions on creative development.
* Support PPC agency and Head of Digital Marketing to optimise Google Ads (Search & Demand Gen) and YouTube ads, including creative creation and delivery.
* Use Google Analytics and Looker Studio to assess performance, attribution and cross‑channel opportunities; analyse PPC and SEO through GA4.
* Identify and share cross‑channel learnings – audience insights, creative trends, performance patterns.
* Partner with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment across all channels.
* Translate campaign results into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders.
* Support integrated multi‑channel marketing initiatives that bridge Paid Social, PPC, CRM and product marketing.
* Collaborate with E‑commerce, Partnerships and CRM to align goals and optimise full‑funnel performance.
* Serve as the Paid Media expert, advising cross‑functional partners on audience strategy, creative testing and performance insights.
* Take ownership of channel reporting and performance dashboards (Looker Studio), providing regular insights and recommendations.
