Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and confident Onsite Sales & Support Coordinator to join our well-established team at our customer's flagship site in Burnley. The role is full-time, permanent and offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

About the Onsite Sales & Support Coordinator role
The role is based at the customer site in Burnley, working closely with their purchasing team. You will act as the face of Hayley on‑site, communicating confidently with customers and managing the customer journey from enquiry to sale.
Key responsibilities include promptly responding to sales enquiries, quoting customers, processing orders, managing your own order book, building strong customer relationships, and working pro‑actively to convert enquiries into sales. The position is fast‑paced and requires excellent sales, communication and analytical skills.
Working hours
Hours: 8:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday. Fridays involve additional time at our Preston branch to maintain business connections.
Qualifications and requirements
* Engineering or manufacturing sector experience (preferable)
* Full driving licence (essential due to dual location)
* Customer‑focused, self‑motivated and driven to deliver high‑level service
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
