Joiner
* Job Type: Full-time, Contract (project runs for 12 months, reviewed every 3 months)
* Location: Various locations across the Barnsley area

We are seeking two skilled Joiners to join our Property Services team. This role involves working on major void works and planned repairs, delivering high-quality joinery services across various large-scale projects. Day-to-day of the role:
* Carry out removal and renewal of kitchens (standard or adapted), bathrooms, shower rooms, and wet rooms, often collaborating with a plumber.
* Perform internal second fix and first fix joinery.
* Install fascias, soffits, and gutter work, as well as garage doors including frames.
* Conduct joinery repairs, including but not limited to floor boarding, door ease/renew, and kitchen unit repairs.
* Assist other trades as required, which may include general labouring and rubbish removals.
* Travel to various sites to complete tasks, with a works vehicle provided post-induction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in joinery, capable of handling various aspects of the trade with a high standard of quality.
* Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* Basic plumbing skills or experience would be advantageous but not essential.
* Flexibility to assist with other trades as needed.
