We are ISFM accredited and a Silver-rated Cat Friendly small animal practice, based in Basingstoke with good transport links. Our practice supports a team of three experienced vets, an experienced nursing team, and a support team of receptionists.
Responsibilities
* Provide veterinary medical and/or surgical care for small animal patients, with a bias toward medical or surgical work depending on experience and interests.
* Work up cases to achieve the best outcomes for patients under care.
* Collaborate with the nursing and support team to deliver high-quality clinical care.
* Engage in CPD and certificate support as encouraged and supported by the practice.
* Maintain and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment; foster client communication and welfare of patients.
* May see exotics if this is an area of interest.
Qualifications
* Qualified veterinary surgeon with eligible registration; event-specific requirements are not specified in this description, please apply with relevant credentials.
* Interest in medicine or surgery; CPD is encouraged and supported.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a busy, patient-focused practice.
* Flexible approach to rota and workload; open to part-time or full-time arrangements.
